NACEF donate to build The Hengchong Hope School

 
NACEF president Dr. Mike Mao visited Hengchong village in YiDu County, Hubei province. Dr. Mao talked to many farmers, poverty kids, visited their classrooms and fully understood there is in great need of support for poverty-stricken kids to attend a normal school.

The average income for ordinary farmer family is about RMB 1,400 -1,600 (US $170-$190) per year. Many kids, usually girls drop-out from primary school due to family poverty.

NACEF donate RMB 200, 000(US $ 25,000) to build The Hengchong Hope School located in YiDu County, Hubei province. The principal of Hengchong Hope School, Mr. Wang, received the check from NACEF, which pooled the funds from donors all over the United States. 

The new school name, Hengchong Hope School has been  announced during the ceremony.
